public corrections are prioritised by impact and evidence quality

1. When to write

Write if you spot a factual error, a broken reference, a wrong attribution, a material product change or an inconsistency across related pages.

You can also use this route for press outreach, editorial proposals or visible technical issues on the public network.

2. What to include

To make the review faster, include the URL, a short explanation of the issue, the minimum evidence needed and, when relevant, the date of the observed change.

Longer messages are not automatically better. Clearer and more verifiable messages are.

  • Exact page URL.
  • Short description of the issue or request.
  • Evidence, screenshot or source when relevant.
  • Reply email if you expect follow-up.

3. Other visible channels

The editorial newsletter is offered from the root homepage and from restrained calls to action across the hubs. It is not used as a substitute for contact or disclosure pages.

Public availability updates may surface in the status route, but account and system surfaces are intentionally kept out of the editorial chrome during commercial review periods.
